Cooper - Magic rocks (2009)

The first time I heard Toronto based hardrock band Cooper´s debut "Magic rocks", I thought it was a pretty mediocre album where the singer didnt move me at all.
But I´m glad I didnt give up and gave the album a second chance, there are in fact some good songs on it like "Find a way" and "Bad intentions".
The singer Gordon Edwards should focus on the lower range of his vocal limits because it´s still not funny to hear his weak high pitch performance on "Middle eastern dream".
Bandleader Paul Cooper who also handles the drums and piano, is a decent songwriter in the old school league of hard rock.
The band will release their new album this summer.
